The total amount of the service contracted with AreaTaxi Transfers will be fully refunded by the company as long as it is communicated at least 24 hours in advance.
Between 12 and 24 hours before the service contracted with AreaTaxi Transfers, the company commits to refunding 50% of the total service amount.
If the service is canceled less than 12 hours before the contracted service time with AreaTaxi Transfers, the client will not be entitled to receive a refund for the contracted service.
Modifications to the schedule, number of passengers, and luggage will be allowed with a minimum of 12 hours' notice before the contracted service with AreaTaxi Transfers. After this 12-hour period, the company does not commit to making the requested modifications.
